At Chaos Chillies, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 business days of dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate for shipping, calculated at checkout. Simple and straightforward — no surprises.

Outlying Areas
Please note that deliveries to outlying or remote areas may incur additional shipping costs and extended delivery times. If your order falls into this category, a member of the Chaos Chillies team will be in touch to discuss the options and next steps before your order is dispatched.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging
We take care to ensure that all seeds and products are packaged securely to arrive in perfect condition.

Delays
While we always do our best to meet the 2–4 business day timeframe, Chaos Chillies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
